# Citodex > Citodex is a broker platform for specialty insurance. It reads what lands on a broker (emails, applications, slips, wordings, voice notes and market news), turns it into reviewed facts, and tells the team the next right thing to do on each deal. It was built and proven first in cyber insurance, inside BMS Group's retail and wholesale cyber teams, and the same engine is configured for other specialty lines. Pronounced "Sitta-dex". This file is the plain-text version of citodex.com for AI assistants, search tools and anyone who prefers text. The main homepage is an interactive demonstration: every visit generates a fictional book of clients, and real news headlines are shown as if those companies were your clients. Nothing on the interactive page is a real client, policy or quote. ## What Citodex does - Drop-anywhere intake: documents and emails dropped on a dashboard, deal or account are read, classified and queued for review, already linked to the right submission. - Facts engine: answers become reviewed facts with source and confidence. A client answers the strongest version of each question once; Citodex works out every weaker version a carrier asks for, and never invents a stronger answer than the evidence supports. - Form intake: any blank or filled carrier form is mapped to the facts model, so each confirmed fact fills every mapped carrier question in that carrier's own wording. - Placement workspace: submissions, quotes, layered structures, clauses and bound documents together on each deal. Quotes come back into one view where carriers offer an API. - Markets and appetite: market dossiers, wording libraries and appetite filters, scoped to the markets each organisation trades with. New market wordings are added to the library and compared with the wordings clients already hold. - Renewals: bound structure, terms and market history carry into next year's renewal. - Daily briefs: personal and team briefs combining book moves, renewals, market news and next actions. - Collaboration: shared notes on deals and accounts, reusable team views and opt-in tasks. ## Who it is for - Specialty brokers and their handlers, in retail and wholesale. - Broking leaders who want their team's time on advice and placement rather than re-keying. - Proven first in cyber; configured for other specialty lines. ## Control and trust - Your clients stay yours. Client, contact and producer relationships belong to the broker. Citodex never routes business elsewhere. - Tenant isolation by design: organisation and office scoping on every read, and a hard-blocking audit log. - AI proposes, people confirm. Every extracted value shows its source and confidence. Unreviewed values stay pending and never flow downstream. - Connect, don't replace: Citodex works alongside existing policy and finance systems. ## Proof - BMS Group: Citodex was built and tested inside BMS's retail and wholesale cyber teams, on real applications, quotes, wordings and renewals. BMS has signed with Citodex and is rolling it out across its cyber teams. - UK Chief Executive, BMS: "If Carlsberg did broker platforms…" - Head of Cyber, BMS: "This is an operating system for brokers." ## Plain versions - [Plain HTML version of this page](ai.html) - [This file](llms.txt) ## Films - [The film, 3:05](media/citodex-film.mp4): a broker's day from the first email to a bound deal. Product screens use a demonstration organisation with fictional clients; quotes and binds shown there are simulated. - [The teaser, 0:51](media/citodex-teaser.mp4): an early cut with recreated screens and fictional data. ## Contact - Email: admin@citodex.com - Ask for: a walkthrough, a trial on your own documents (send a few recent submissions or slips), due diligence material, or security questions. ## Optional - About the homepage: it stores nothing about visitors and sets no cookies. Headlines come from Google News, collected by citodex.com every 30 minutes rather than on each visit, and link to their publishers. The page counts how many times it changed in response to the visitor and says so at the end.
