Scope

These terms apply to this website. Use of Citodex software is governed by the agreement between Citodex and the customer. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Insurance information

Citodex provides workflow software, not insurance, legal, or financial advice. Website content is general information, not an offer or quote. The software does not guarantee a quote, coverage, or bind. Insurers decide eligibility, pricing, and terms; coverage exists only when confirmed by an insurer or its authorized representative.

Using the site and product

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security. Citodex and its licensors own the site content and branding. Do not reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law. Brokers and producers using the product must have authority to submit information and are responsible for its accuracy and any required notices. The applicable customer agreement governs how Citodex processes and transmits submission data to selected insurers and integrated providers, which may include CFC or Cowbell.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every description is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss from use of this site. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
